A voucher is a normal subscriber with a random username. Generate them in batches, print or send the codes, and your customers log in on the hotspot with them.
Make a voucher plan
Create a plan with Validity From First Login set, for example 1 day. The clock starts when the voucher is first used, so unsold vouchers never expire on the shelf. Add an Online Time Limit or Data Limit if you sell by the hour or by the gigabyte, and set Max Concurrent Sessions to 1 so a code cannot be shared.
Generate a batch

- 2Pick how many and which plan

An optional Username prefix (like
WIFI-), the length of the random part (4–16), and the characters: digits only, or letters and digits. Letters and digits leave out characters that are easy to misread, like 0/O and 1/l/I. - 4Pick the password
Same as the username gives a single code to type, the usual choice for hotspot vouchers. Random gives a separate password.
After generating
The subscriber list filters to the new batch, and you can export it as CSV to print or send the codes. Vouchers cost nothing until they are used; see Billing and credits.
Give the voucher plan a price and each used voucher counts in the workspace's Sales tab, even a trial voucher too small to be charged; see Plans.
