Billing and credits

Pay as you go: what costs credits, the free NAS, spend caps and top ups.

There is no monthly fee. You pay in credits for subscribers who actually get online, and for NAS beyond the free ones. Everything runs in flat 30-day periods.

Credits

  • Each Rp 1 you top up adds 1 credit. Top up on the Billing page.
  • Promo credit (the welcome credit and any grants) is spent first and expires. Credit you paid for never expires.
  • Credits are not money and cannot be cashed out.

Paying for access

A subscriber costs credits once per access window. The window is the time they are allowed online: the shortest of their plan's validity, its time limit and their expiry date, at most 30 days. Every window starts with a free trial: it is charged only once the subscriber has been online for 2 minutes or used 5 MB in it, whichever comes first, counted over all their sessions. Test logins, quick checks and subscribers who never log in, including unsold vouchers, cost nothing.

For example, a monthly home subscriber costs 300 credits a month, and a 1-day voucher costs 25 credits once it is used past its free trial.

NAS fees

Each workspace includes 25 NAS for free. Beyond that, each extra NAS costs 30 credits a day with WireGuard or 125 credits a day with L2TP or SSTP. It is paid 30 days at a time (900 credits or 3.750 credits), first when it is added. Removing an extra NAS refunds its unused whole days, or the whole fee if it never connected.

When the balance runs out

Subscribers already inside a paid window stay online. New windows are refused until you top up, and an extra NAS whose 30-day fee cannot be charged stops accepting logins until it is paid. Both pick up again by themselves after a top up.

Spend cap

In the workspace Settings you can set a Cap per 30 days: the most credits the workspace may use. Once it is reached, logins that need a new window are refused. Reset count starts the count from zero. Useful when you run workspaces for different clients from one balance.
