Delete your Mikrodius account

This applies to accounts used on the website and in the Mikrodius Android app; they are the same account.

How to request deletion

  1. Sign in at console.mikrodius.com or in the Android app.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

What happens next

The account is closed right away: you are signed out everywhere, and subscribers can no longer log in through your NAS. Within 30 days we delete your workspaces, NAS, subscribers, plans, sessions and API keys.

We keep the record of balance top-ups and charges for as long as tax and accounting law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy. Remaining credit is not refunded.
